If you do not hear from us within 3 working days, you may wish to check your junk mail folder for the email.

Please also note that there are times that AGD Helpdesk are receiving a lot of requests on a particular day or period of time, hence our response rate will be slower than usual. We seek your understanding and patience.

Priority will be given to helpdesk requests whereby answers cannot be found in available guides or requiring further troubleshooting. For requests where user can self-help to find the answers in the guides, they will be placed at a lower priority when our helpdesk officers are responding to you. Thank you.
